Can I use the same PR in 2 or more PR Sites

Hello Everyone,

I have the list of press release sites and I am writing a press release for my site. My question is can I use the same press release in 2 or more press release sites and link to my site or should I write a unique press release every time I submit to a new press release site. Will it hurt my ranking if I use the same press release everywhere?

Please suggest.

    Repetitive press release will not be good to your website.I have a suggestion.You can spin your article each time when you submit your article to different press release websites.You can use the Bestspinner software to rewrite in a second.Even you can rewrite an article into 1000 pieces of articles within several minutes.But Bestspinner is not free.I bought it for 60 USD.     As suggested above, you need to use unique content for your each site, it would give better result.

    Always submit unique content- whether it is an article, blog post, or press release. You can spin if you want but make sure that your content has at least 50% uniqueness.
