My wife and I have a beauty blog that we submitted yesterday which wasn't approved (it was originally under a BlogSpot URL) due to low amounts of content.

Today I switch over the BlogSpot site to a godaddy domain/host to set

www.prettyskinreview.com

So I was just checking around the blogger buttons, went to earnings with no intention of resubmitting. I see this

The account associated with publisher ID ca-pub-xxxxxxxx
has been disapproved. This was the first time Ive seen this message.
I clicked on the learn more and submitted an appeal.

Keep in mind I have never gotten ANY AD codes cuz I have yet to be approved.

Appeal came back with this: (see my comments after all this mumbo jumbo)

You've contacted us through our Invalid Activity Appeal form - https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/request.py?contact_type=appeal_form&rd=2 - which is available for publishers whose AdSense accounts have been disabled for invalid activity. We've noticed that the account most closely associated with your appeal has not been disabled for invalid activity. For this reason, we will not be able to perform any further actions based on this request.

Please check to see if one of these other situations may apply to you:

1. Your account was disabled for policy reasons. Please use the Policy Violation Appeal form:
https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/request.py?contact_type=policy_disabled_appeal.

2. Your AdSense application was disapproved. For more information, please see the disapproval email we sent you or review our program policies for more information:
http://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=48182

3. Your AdSense account is active, and you've received a notification about invalid clicks or impressions on your ads. For more information about invalid activity and how to prevent it, please visit https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/topic.py?topic=8426.

If you're certain that your account has been disabled for invalid activity, it's likely that we were unable to find such an account given the information in your appeal submission. For help in finding your publisher ID, please visit
https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=45465. Partners working with us though one of our API programs (Blogger, YouTube or HubPages, for example) should be sure to submit their own publisher ID and not that of the API partner.

If you think you may have made an error in your appeal, please return to the form linked below and resubmit, ensuring that you've correctly entered all of your information:

https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact=invalid_clicks_appeal

If none of the above resources addresses your issue, we recommend searching for more information at our Help Center at http://www.google.com/adsense/support. You can also visit the AdSense Forum for advice from a community of experts and Google employees.

Didn't know what to do, so I tried other to log back into straight through AdSense and got this message:

You are currently signed into the Google Account (my email addy) which is either not an active AdSense account, or still pending an approval. This account cannot be used to monetize your content.

Anyone else get this stuff? I heard it may be a bug and to try to sign up again with a new gmail account??

You don't have a Privacy Policy that you already agreed (TOS) to have on your site.

Google is mixed up because you are mixed up.

First you say you we not approved, then give a whole
spiel as to how you were disabled due to invalid clicks.

Obviously, telling that to google will mix stuff up.

Using blogger, there is a built in privacy policy. I have
no such privacy policies on my blogspot blogs. They have
to have built in privacy, as blogger is their program. Some
      law somewhere.

So, after wading through the mumbo jumbo, your site was not approved.
Google will not tell you why, as it's easier to give a canned response.

But looking at your site, it's very obvious why that "site" would
      not be approved for adsense.

Thanks for giving me a wake up call on my site. Going to work on the layout, site content, etc

Yes, I was confused because I accidentally thought they banned me for life when they just didn't approve of the site. Got a little too paranoid and did the appeal without having to do that in the first place.

The good news is that I will really start working on my site much better and reapply in a few months. Hopefully by that time I will be able to reapply (though may have to use another email address since it won't allow any resubmissions)

I have adsense approval through my youtube account, it is very simple just upload a couple of videos and try to get views to the videos, wait for a couple of days and monetize it/register for adsense through youtube, it also takes a couple of days and you have your adsense account. you can use it for your blogspot blog also, but not your self hosted blog, it needs to get reviewed.

You might need to read some adsense guideline BTW. put some contact us page, about page and privacy policy page to your blog. seems you are newbie to me...
