Why deindex site

i have a traveling agency in malta and recently near 2 months ago i publish my company website .After publishing i got index in Google more than 2400 pages.
After publishing my website ,i got 2nd page without doing any off page seo for my targeted keyword.
After that i start off page SEO.i follow all Google guideline.
i have enough social share.
for link building purpose i just creat 2 link wheel and 100+ high PR social bookmarking with enough anchor variation .
My all contents are 100% unique .

But sorry to say every day Google deindex my pages ,Now i have only 800+ pages in Google.
Why this happens?
Is it natural or bad signal of google.
what can i do ?
please give me a proper solution.

    How do you know the pages are now deindexed? Did you site:domain.com/exact-page any of the internal pages to verify they're removed from the SERPs?

    Are the missing pages in Supplemental SERPs?

      A traveling agent site in malta with 2400 pages is dang lucky to
      have 800 indexed. I would have guessed like, um, 0-10.

      2400 pages on a site like that must be just hashed, rehashed,
      jacked, rejacked, sucked, resucked,...then claim all
      is 100% unique.
