Where is the problem?

I am trying to give a link to X from my static home page. However, each time I click on the link to X, it goes to Bing. All other links on the page work fine and go to pages that they are suppose to go to. I have checked the html code and it is the same as the other links and is correct. I have reinstalled the page, but the problem continues.

When I type X's url into the address bar and hit enter, it goes to X like it should. So, apparently my link to X doesn't work.

Is it possible that something is wrong with the X site and that it redirects to Bing?

    Whoow! seems unusual problem and certainly not a problem in host file. I would not think the problem is the X site if you can go to it when inputting directly into a web browser.
