    Probably because it can be such a critical part of your process and if you get it wrong you can spend the rest of the time building a website that's built on the wrong words.

    Would you trust me to remove a cancerous tumor for $5?

    Is it worth more than $5 to not waste weeks of your time - maybe months?

    Don't build your house on sand. Don't be too cheap and lazy to do what may be the most important part of your site creation correctly.

    Keyword researching is quite elemental thing to do by yourself.
    No need to outsource it, especially from fiverr.

    This guy on fiverr is probably broke as hell and doesn't know much about keyword researching anyway.

    I would want the keyword research to be built around a topic I like, not something that someone on Fiverr gives me - especially for a first project, make sure you can remain motivated by building about something you like.
