Do advertisers consider alexa rank

Hey guys just wanted to know if their any benefit of alexa ranking. Do advertisers look at alexa rank ever.

    I've never found anyone who cared about Alexa rank for any meaning. The only people that ever talk about it are site owners on forums like this.

    I also spend $10-20,000/month on advertising, and have never checked a site's Alexa rank before purchasing. I ask the site owner for real numbers.

      A much better metric is given by SEMRush, where you can see the ACTUAL keywords the site is ranking for. SEMRush will also give you an idea of how much search traffic the site is receiving...

      BUT, there are still some advertisers that view Pagerank and Alexa ranks to weed out a site in an advertising network...so if your site is one of a hundred other sites in an advertising network, in that case an advertiser might weed out Zero or Million+ Alexa rank sites.

    in my experience the advertisers when decided to contact any website to give them ad they checked their alexa rank and then call them to send them google anlytics one month report ....... mostly advertisers contact me in the same way.
