(?)Building PR Pages

Hey guys, Im a new poster but a long time reader. I have a question about link juice. It's not about how to build them but a question about will this method work.
I currently have a money site that does well in the search engine. It only has 1 PR1 blog with diversified backlinks pointed to it. It's currently at #5 for my main keywords. What I'm trying to do is duplicate the process of my first blog. so here is what I came up with.
Tier 1 Wordpress blog
Tier 2 Unique spun wiki and social pages.
Tier 3 Blog comments
Tier 3 Unique spun wiki and social pages
Tier 4 Blog comments
Tier 4 Forum and web 2.0 profiles
My content is unique but spun. The way I create my content is by hand. I write 3 different articles then hand select each synoym myself. Also my keywords list is pretty well devirsified.
