I think that someone is copy my website content and keep on their blog and how to check and how can I complain against them?

    copy a small part of your content, then go to google search and put the content in quotes " ", from the serp, you can see the websites who copied that content.

    Google does a nice job of this as sometimes even spun versions of the content also shows up.
