      In my experience yes.
      But in my experience still, it will start fading after you stop buying ad-words.
      Perhaps if it wont fade if the kittens on you site are extremely cute, but I have no data on that.

      I did an adwords campaing in my niche and saw my site raise to the top of my chosen searchphrase in organic. And then drop shortly after, when the campaign was over. Not shure how fast it droped though.
