Is this a duplicate content?

Dear Warriors,

If I convert my blog post to video and speak the same words as in the post just out loud, does google recognize it as a duplicate content?

Google does have Speech to Text technology .. I speak in humorous accents to try and fool it.

Well, Google transcripts videos into text. For example a Steve Jobs speech:

Steve Jobs' 2005 Stanford Commencement Address -...

Click on Transcript and there it is. Converted from Speech to Text.

Now here is something I was playing around with using Google's undocumented Speech to Text API:

Speech to Text Script

So in Theory .. Google could already be considering YouTube video in context of your blog post.

i don't think so, google can not detect that as double content, don't worry about that

No.

Did you know that "duplicate content", in this context, refers only to multiple copies of the same thing on one domain? Multiple copies of things across different domains may be called "duplicated content" by some, but it isn't duplicate content: it's "syndicated content". The differences between the two are hugely significant, and are briefly explained in this post and this little article.

If you want a whole lot more opinions, including some from Google, on this topic, these might also interest you (some are very up-to-date, some are a few years old, but the realities of what "duplicate content" is haven't changed!) ...

Creating a video with the same content as found in a text article is a great way to engage your site visitor even more. And, there's really no reason to believe that Google has any special algorithm that could detect that it's replicated from your original print article.
