Can I link my Adwords campaign to PRLog

My wife wants to start a small business (to make a few bucks for herself I guess) and she wrote out a 500+ word article and I am going to place it on PRLog dot org. I'm sure we might get a good ranking in Bing (but in Google, it's tougher to rank w/ PRLog), so we are going to use Adwords to drive some traffic to her article. She will not have a link w/in the article, but will show prices and business hours. She will also post her phone number as well.
Just curious if Google allows Adwords to link to any type of article on PRLog. I can't imagine that would be against their TOS. I look at their TOS btw - couldn't find anything wrong with what I'm about to do.
