Having looked around I found a lot of old/good feedback regarding the: Rank Tracker - Track Your Search Engine Rankings Easily! is anyone using this right now?

    Works well in my recent experience. And you can grab the free version to give it a try.

    Also, an underrated alternative, IMO, is Cuterank.

    I decided to purchase the "Link Assistant's Rank Tracker" I have to say it's pretty amazing, has a LOT of cool features as well such as checking competition out and stuff. I have tested it out and it's very accurate also, thanks for the comment above.

    Rank Tracker and all other SEO software from Link Assistant are pretty expensive. If you purchase professional edition of rank tracker you have to spend nearly 100$. Even though you will not be able to export results in pdf file. To get this feature you have to upgrade professional edition to enterprise edition. Eventually total price will be nearly 250$ which I think is pretty expensive for a rank tracking tool! But wait this is not the end. After all you have to subscribe their extremely expensive Algo updates which I think crazy indeed.

    OP use seobook's Rank Checker. Not 100% accurate but its good to have an idea around which location the site is ranking. By the way rank tracker often provides wrong information as other rank checker software do.

    I love Link Assistant's rank tracker, it's awesome, don't forget you can change the settings to search the first 1000 pages, instead of the default 100. Comes in handy when your not even in the Top 100.
