Advices for a begginer

Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting. I currently own 2 domains both with CTR Theme, one in english and the other one in spanish. I'm starting to build content, I know it's kind of slow the process in order to gain a few cents with people clicking advertisements, but, any good advices to get better results?
PD: I only have CTR Theme w/o any plugins, all default with recommended configuration of CTR Theme.
