Promote using Facebook and Twitter

I am looking for ideas to promote my Female Wrestling Website on Facebook and Twitter here is some ideas I have gotten already please add to this or let me know new ways??? Facebook: Like Pages: Female Wrestling pages / Groups and than post to the group or send a PM to each of the members letting them know about my site and than placing them in a Database so I do not send them the same msg more than once? or Place them on ignore after they have read my msg? Twitter: Search Female wrestling and send my link to each of them that show up AND there followers and following??? again placing them into a database so that they do not receive the same msg and placing them on ignore maybe in like a month after???

    You can share you post on your profile in facebook in you timeline section and share on twitter in the tweet section. After sharing there just contact with the people and try to get likes from them on facebook and retweet from twitter.

      Twitter is better than FB. FB works when you join active groups
      in the niche. Learn the art of spamming without spamming.
      FB fans are pretty much useless.

        m2bsolutions: So are you saying post the link to the contacts TimeLine and than delete them and forget them??? I am not sure on how to use Facebook with Twitter if thats what your saying?

        paulgl: So just focus on twitter? I joined a bunch of Female Wrestling Groups and Liked a bunch of pages on FB.. I was going to send the members a msg and than place them on ignore ??? I am totally new to this....
