Duplicate Content Issue Need advice

Hi all I have juts created a new site jillianbodyrevolutionreview.org
I have my main post displayed fully on the homepage.

I have concern that my main post might be a duplicate content since the content once displayed on homepage and once displayed in the URl of the post here jillianbodyrevolutionreview.org/2013/07/19/jillian-micheals-body-revolution-review/

I know I can display a part of the post, and put other posts with it on the home page, but I want my main post to be displayed fully on my home page.

Any advices to do so without, getting my site into trouble

    Put the content on your main page and create a 301 redirect to your home page from the URI where the original content was and everything will be fine.

      I am bit newbiew, could you explain it in a more detail plz :p , how to put my content on my main homepage, and not as a post with a different URL, and how to put the 301 redirect, i am using wordpress, should i use nofollow or noindex on my post?
