Deindexed Site Still Earning Adsense Income

I have a client who has a site that has been de-indexed in Google for more than a year. He still gets traffic from Bing and Yahoo and still earns money from Adsense. He asked me since the site was deindexed, would there be a chance Google could revoke his adsense account...

Hmmm....I don't know...

What are your thoughts? He has many other adsense earning sites that are in good shape and he doesn't want to risk those going down the drain if his account were pulled.

What do you think? Let the site run or take it down?

Let it run. He'll be ok. As long as the adsense site doesn't violate any TOS you're good.

But if the site was deindexed then it was violating google quality guidelines. So tell him to revamp the site with quality content, nice site design and add some affiliate links on the site. That tells G that it isn't a made for adsense site.

Knowing this guy I'm sure it was the link building and not the content. He got hammered hard by Penguin. I wonder if he just moved the content to a new domain? Oh well, I'm probably overthinking it.
