Multiple addresses in 1 forum signature?

Hi all......this is probably a silly question, but can you have more than 1 URL in a forum signature or a backlink? Its something I thought about today at work yet I thought I would ask here as this site is a great wealth of knowledge. Sorry if this thread is a waste of your time.

Yes you can have, but after panda/ penguin updates forum signature links has very low value according to SEO, anyway it is still the greater way to get targeted traffic.

yes you can have more than one link. I have four links in my sig and even I have seen people with 7 links in their sig. It's a great source to bring traffic and build lists

Yes you can have as many links as allowed by the forum. But keeping them to an optimal number is a good advice.

Yes, you can. Forums are great source of Back links..Just do some forum posting daily and see the result of your site in Alexa..

Just depends on which forum you are posting on. For instance, some webmaster/SEO forums allow you to have three links in your signature, others let you get away with unlimited links. Just test it out to see what the forum allows. As for the SEO value of a forum link back, it depends on the keywords used (such as how many other times you are using them to link back to your site) as well as other factors such as details included with the link.

You absolutely can.... Depending on each forum's terms of service lol.

The question then becomes; what's your intention?

Because in my opinion they serve varying level of practicality, depending upon what your intentions are.

Are you trying to brand yourself... Get traffic.. Make sales.. Get backlinks.. Build a reputation.. Or just disseminate your content? (Maybe all of the above?)
