Link building to low keywords

Hi,

I've created a site and found lots of low competition keywords I am going to post about,

For each I plan to:

Create some web 2.0's
Social Bookmarks
Blog comments

Then build tier 2 links to the above.

See what happens and if needed some guest posts on decent PR sites.

Should this be enough to rank them?

No one could answer that one mate. You won't know until you go, as they say.
    Good luck with it.

All depends on the "low" keywords your are talking about, I posted content and got it ranking on page 1 with no backlinks.

If you rely on search engine traffic like I do and mainly use then "keyword research" is the most important step "hands down".

If you go after the wrong keywords, your site will sit and burn.

Yes if the keyword is super easy to rank for. Be sure to diversify your anchor text HEAVILY. Lots of naked links and brand links. Too many keyword links is what screws most newbies over nowadays.

I mean like 5%-10% keyword links max. Also build links slow and steady.

When you are starting your Tier Link Building Campaign for your NEW SITE, just submit around 20 links per day, so it won't look suspicious for Google. After 1 or 2 week, you can slowly increase your links, do not forget to INDEX them though, if not even after a month you won't see any result =D
