Hi, I've been working with this guy (sub contract) that handles the Google Maps ranking for one my clients, and I've been trying to figure out exactly what he is doing, but I haven't been able to. I thought he was just making citations, but he has to be doing more than that because he is able to get maps rankings for specific keywords.
For example on of his targeted keywords was "Motorcycle accident lawyers in Clearwater" The clients listing comes up on pin D.

I know that he is using G+ and YP, other than that, I can't figure it out. Moreover, I don't know if he deserves a monthly cut of the total budget.
Any help would be appreciated.
