How to make my blog DOFOLLOW?

I have been using WordPress for some time but I can't figure out what to change so that the links of people who leave comments are 'dofollow'. If you teach me how to do it you will soon have another awesome high PR blog to leave your comments on.

Also - Are there any reasons why I would want my blog to remain 'nofollow'?

Thanks for your help!

there are a plugin called lucidllinkove I think. This plugin allows you to make the user comments to a do follow. Go to wordpress.org and search for the keywords I suppose

Your blog is dofollow unless it uses the NoFollow tags/meta.. You do not really need a dofollow but just incase you want to here it is ...

In the header add this meta tag between the <head> and </head>

    <meta name="robots" content="index, follow" />

Same thing if you want to have a no follow site then chnage the follow to nofollow.

Oh - careful, that is to block out following ALL links on the site including his internal links etc.

The "nofollow" being referred to in this instance is to be put on individual links like this:

      Code:
      <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.mydomain.com">Click here</a>

I was wondering why your blog would not
automatically be a dofollow. I have never
seen anyone say you had to do a plugin.

I do have a similar question:
If you do the anon/website option in blogger,
is that link a dofollow, or just a link in the
        comment?

Thank you for your suggestions. It was easier than I expected.

*On my blog's WordPress page I simply clicked on "Plugins" and on the bottom of the page I found "Get More Plugins".

*I then clicked on "Plugin Browser/Installer" and...

    *...searched for "dofollow".

*The first plugin that came up in the search is called "Dofollow" and has 5 stars so I just...

*...clicked on "Install" and now all comments on my blog are dofollow.

Wow! I knew I could upgrade the plugins easier now - but did not realize I could install directly now on the back end.

Now if they do the same for the themes that will be brilliant.

The only reason is what nofollow was initially meant for - spam.

Aye, the DoFollow plugin is the granddaddy of all WP blogs that follows. Be aware that it is for comments only, not for blogrolls or the rest of the sites.

If you are not sure, just install the SEO for Firefox addon and set the options to highlight where your site is nofollowing.
