If you have a new website with 180 visitors a day you are doing fine. Why not put off doing software submissions and do some keyword research.

Find low competition keywords relevant to your niche and target them aswell. write 15 articles with low competition kywords and publish them, and manually create some nice backlinks to them and you get your extra traffic.

If you planning to have multiple sites, I might consider getting GSA Search Engine Ranker and just have it look for a couple of verified low OBL high PR links.

Yes i know, SEnuke/ MS is best for tier1 campaigns and GSA is what i use for tier3/4.

I wouldn't recommend you to use SEO tools if you don't have much knowledge about how to wisely use them.
So let me explain in detail in order to manual work.
Tier 1: First you should create 5/10 web2.0 sites with unique and quality content must be 500+ words long with link pointing back to your money site. Remeber always use diversification in keywords like "click here, sitelink.com and visit my website etc.."
(i). Submit articles on authority sites like squidoo, ezinearticles, hubpages with linking back to your money site and web2.0. (even they are nofollow you'd still get link juice to you links, because mixture of dofollow and nofollow links look more natural to Google)

Tier 2: Social bookmark your web2.0 sites and article links.

Tier 3: Create links on wiki sites, press releases and web2.0 profiles to Tier 2 links.

Don't try to blast links directly through GSA or any software for that matter. SEcond thing is diversity in anchor text. I personally prefer GSA and or Ultimate Demon
    Signature

I don't use software, i use Google Webmaster Tools to check my website. Senuke building links are link spam. i don't like.

I don't think GSA would be a good choice,if you are not familiar with it.

Never blast directly to your money site. TheProgrammer said it best. His strategy is good

But never forget about onsite seo. It's important to have onsite seo perfect.
