    As long as you use some good bookmarking sites (non spammy), it is not going to hurt you. And don't build too many links in a short span of time. Diversify and do it over a period of time. Also, bookmarking must be a part of your link building activity, you must use various natural ways of link building along with this to avoid any penalty from Google.

      You shall do randomly to it. If you follow the same procedure on all of your website's post i dont think thats a good idea. Link diversity is key so try to have different ways to put backlinks to your post. Or either only use high PR bookmarking sites.
