Rel=Nofollow on cloaked affiliate links?

Hey Guys
Really need a good anwser to this one
- in wordpress i can use "Pretty link" on affiliate links. But if i use "pretty link" it first goes to an internal page, and then redirects to the affiliate link.
Normally useing nofollow on internal pages is not good. But this is both an affiliate link + an internal link.
Now, what to do, nofollow or not?
