Best Link Building Tools In 2013?

So I have:

Money Robot for tier 1 backlinks (web 2.0 blogs)
SBbomb for tier 1 backlinks (social bookmarking, let's you add own lists) nice little & fast tool
Zennoposter and a custom ordered script for profile links.

And GSA for tier 2 backlinks, running basically 24/24 + BacklinksIndexer. com to send my backlinks to get indexed.

Looking for new tool that provide fast submission.

Any recommandations?

    I personally use Money Robot for Tier1 and GSA SER for Tier 2/3 + I have many other tools for fixed variety on tier2 and 3 levels. And most important thing i never link less than PR 1 domain name direct to my money site in any case

    I use FCS as my Tier 1 link to Create Web 2.0 Properties and GSA SER for tier 2.
    Sometime I use GSA as my tier 1 link but use my own List

    Never heard of Money robot but my list is GSA or Licorne for tier 1, GSA for tier 2, Sweet submitter for comments and indexing all the spam
