Recommended , tested and proven SEO services?

hi there every one,

i had some websites and want to know some really good and trustworthy SEO service , that must be white hat , Proven and self tested.
I hope to get great ideas and links here for both costly and a bit cheap one , but again Quality must not be compromised.

    Here's the thing...

    Not even "link building" is considered true "white hat" since it's technically "manipulating" your rank - also, "cheap" and "quality" are not meant to be in the same sentence.

    If you're serious, you can expect to pay upwards of $2k+ for someone as close to "proven" as possible.

    It can be costly and it all depends on the amount of work needed. Is your site optimized? are your keywords competitive ? did you research any keywords? .. the list goes on and on .

    It can cost anywhere from a couple of hundred to a couple of thousand depending on the workload.

    As per my personal view if there is offsite/link building involved in SEO plan then i dont think there is any white hat seo possible. So to rank high if you need backlinks that must be called as grey/black hat.
