Track conversions on Market Health products

I have an affiliate site set up to promote products seen on markethealth.com

They pay 50% of the purchase amount.

I want to track what keywords from my Bing Adcenter campaign result in a sale.

In the Bing campaign settings, you can set up conversion goals.

But Im not sure what dollar amount or value to use?
