How long does the adsense cookie last?

I have Adsense on my site and a fanpage on FB with over 1 million fans. I drive these fans to the site but I often get repeat visitors.

My question is, do these members lose value each time they visit the site? Or does their visit cancel out after 24 hours?

Not sure what you mean. There is no such thing as an AdSense cookie?

So if someone comes to the site today and clicks an ad then comes back tomorrow and the next day do I get the same revenue or does google remember their last visit?

      Adsense pays per click.

The click has to be on an Adsense Ad, not your web page.

But do you get paid regardless of how many times that person has clicked the ad that day

You will get paid for legitimate clicks, yeah. Google has an advanced system to combat fraudulent clicks, and a user's IP and click frequency are two primary factors (among countless other details) when analyzing fraudulent activity.

Often times multiple clicks by a single IP will a) be ignored, or b) your account will be banned due to suspicion of click fraud.

    Hope this helps!

But what if repeat visitors genuinely click ads each time they come. How long does google store the ip before it resets?

It's not cookie based, they track it on their end, and it's something that is and will continue to be well documented. They also look at other variables such as web browser, resolution, OS, etc. to build a user profile. If they see a single user clicking an ad every visit they'll know it's not natural, because it's very, very rare.
