Amazon product page with affiliate tag get ranks in Google

I'm confused is there any possibility that an amazon url with associate's tag is ranking in google SERP. Please have a look at the image. Any explanation you have? Can anyone give me any insight on how it works.

    you can rank easily with this keywords, there is small competitor for it, thats why the page show up.

    It's correct as efrizz showed, this keywords are easy to rank and you need to add tags on amazon, tags are good for SEO.

      The page is on Amazon so how this person getting this page to show up in Google search.

      If the page was on external website then I can understand but this is not the case.

      I would love to find out how??

    First of all, nobody is going to search for amazon watkins products. So, you will
    get silly results. Everybody shops ON amazon...or they just search for watkins
    products...makes no sense to add the word amazon.

    Second, the -20 probably means it's a link of an a-store.

    Third, google still counts links and anchor. That may be one of
    the few links with those words as an anchor.

    like that, have nothing to do with SEO...and you certainly just can't add them.
    Man I am still rolling.....I mean that is the silliest answer anywhere today...but
    the day is early.
