You are not been elaborate enough for anyone to really help you here..

        What is particularly your need?

Also, don't get me wrong those things are over priced not that they are not worth paying for.

These stuffs are sold at Fiverr at a far less price. You are just extra Happy from the elance feedback. They do not require a month

Like John said it's hard to say. Would you pay me $500/m to rank a keyword that only nets you $15//m? Probably not. On the other hand, if you were to profit $2-3K/m then that's a different story isn't?

Why don't you get multiple estimates from multiple sources and then compare and choose?

Also, if this person is going to be actually training you, rather than just running the show, then yeah it could be worth it if said person actually knows their stuff and knows how to make profitable campaigns that you can then do on your own.

Overall I think this is too subjective for someone to just throw a random number out at you. Best you could do is ask what others are paying for that type of service for similar campaigns. But even then we would need the specifics of your own campaign. Just something to think about.

Thats the part that keeps going around in my head. $500 for campaign that doesn't bring in any sales would be really bad investment on my part. I would rather just pay someone $500 (who knows what they are doing) and just mentor me thru process. This way I know I am getting education out of it. I am not sure the person running this campaign will walk me thru it but I would imagine I could observe what they are doing. The Fiverr suggestion was good suggestion also.

Well it sounds like you're getting a bit closer to your answer. Speaking for me personally, I like to know how things work because how can you teach or ensure that someone is doing a good job at something if you don't know how to do it yourself? Plus, once you learn to do it you gain a much higher ROI down the road rather than lining someone elses pockets. By then you can just outsource the menial $1-$2 an hour stuff. Hell you may even learn a skill that you can then branch off and put to use in another undertaking. It's funny how online marketing in particular tends to work like that.

You could really screw yourself chasing the quick money, which I did when I first got started. Can't even count how much money I blew on SEO services, rankquick schemes and pushbutton software. If I had to estimate it would be well over $15k+, and that's no exaggeration. Hell I was even blowing my Pell Grant on this stuff. I can't offer you much more advice in this area other than what i've already given, so with that said, best of luck to ya!
