how to get blog posts to not count in google

I have too-many SEO-unfriendly links as blog post comments.
I am paying a USA company to build a small amount of quality links for me, he said to google "how to get blog posts to not count in google" because there are ways other than the disavow to have blog posts not count (if you don't have the user/pass to remove them yourself) .. he couldn't tell me directly as his companies calls are recorded.
What the heck is he talking about, how do you get blog posts to not count against your domain?
I have emailed admin and no reply from multiple domains for link removal request.
