Hello,

Just wanted to ask your thought about this one... I have a "fake" G+ account that has fairly nice amount of friends/followers.

It's connected to the two websites that are in the same niche - software

Now, I would like to create another site, but in different niche: health

Would you connect this G+ account with the site which is in health niche or it's considered as a huge footprint?

Personally I use a different G+ account for each niche.

The reason why is because then the Google+ accounts are highly relevant to the niche.

I also use a different Facebook, YouTube and Twitter account and make them highly relevant to my niche.

I then link all accounts using G+ and then they are all attached to my site using Google Authorship.

This gives a massive SEO boost.

I'd go with a new account. I would also register it and update it using a proxy, a tethered mobile phone hotspot, or a computer on a library or other public network.

If you want, you can go ahead and connect to that old fake account. There is nothing wrong with it (I think so).

Using different google+ accounts for connecting to niche sites is an better option, at least you can be sure google is not going to detect your suspicious activity.
