...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

Oh man I'm shooting one off like 6 times a day. Like before breakfast I'd at least whack 2 away. I just can't get enough of it. pow pow pow all day. My arm does start to cramp up after the 4th one though. Tennis elbow they call it, I call it Chinese torture. Sometimes I put nail varnish on my bad hand to make it feel better while I shoot my last one out in the afternoon.
Glad you brought up the subject.

try to write once a day, when traffic is less than 20 to 30 people per day it makes it harder to write every day.

  • I am just starting a new site. I will be going for 3-4. Posts per day. Once I have 30+ I will drop to daily posts.

It depends on what your blog is all about. I have clients who hired me to manage the gadget news article writing on their Google News Websites. Since those are news websites, we need to capture the latest and hottest gadget news by the hour. Sometimes, we make 5 to 15 posts per day, each of which has various word count.

The idea is to have a plan in place for link building and internet marketing. As previously mentioned about 3 times per week or more is a good practice.

This is going to vary according to what we do.

The secret is to beautify your blog with your product in a non over promotional or annoying way.

Carefully pick your keywords for each post, ensure you have the social media plugins, link your blog to blog/content/media sharing sites , OnlyWire is one of them.

Write a professional content on a hot topic related to your niche and what people will love to read, syndicate and share. Don't forget to optimize the content without denting the spices of the content.

    Publish it..

Repeat these 2 to 4 times a week.

I guess you all know this already but it does works.

Hi! I recently created a blog about muscle and fitness. The blog was created in August and since november I have been posting almost everyday. Is it correct posting everyday? How often should I post? The blogs doesn't have visits.

    What do you recommend?

2-4 times per week. Sometimes it's hard to write unique content every time, but if I have good mood, everything is OK!

I would personally recommend every day, therefore you get the biggest boost from Google, which will lead to more organic traffic.
