Does G+ replace your organic listing?

Hey guys,

I noticed that my website suddenly disappeared from the serp when searching for my main keyword, however I am at spot b in google plus.

Could it be that my organic has been removed because of my google plus?

Regards,
Stephen

      THIS IS AWESOME THANK YOU.

I have not been able to find a solution to this yet and this makes the most sense out of anything I've read.

We have our google plus linked right on our home page, so I'm thinking if I move that link back to an inner page, I will gain my traffic back.

If this works I'll be a VERY happy man.

I just made a thread about this earlier today. The same exact thing happened to me.
My site was ranking #1 for my main money keyword, then it swapped that keyword for my google plus / places. And now my traffic has taken a 60% nosedive.

I'm still trying to figure out how to fix this problem or avoid it in the long run.
