First, you need to find out why you got banned, then contact Google and tell them you've learnt from your mistakes and you'd like to try again. If you're lucky, they will re-activate your account.

Did you read the Terms and conditions before signing up?

I got my adwords account banned a couple of times because I was promoting a simulated flight program. So I tried a hosted website and Google did not like it and I tried a blogger site and Google would not accept that either. I have seen some of the gurus say that Google has banned them even though they spent over a million a year on adwords. I switched from Google to facebook adds. Facebook is somewhat easier to use and somewhat less expensive plus you can target people who may be more interested in your product. You can find out all about it in my book for sale (lol , just kidding) believe me I feel your pain I have been there. To solve the problem of my adwords account being banned I simply created a new adwords account it was simple, but Google was so hard to please that I just gave up on them. If you were to create your own product it might work for you but there is no guarantee. Good Luck and never give up.

Google Adwords tells you why your adverts are disapproved - presumably this happened and you got the feedback before your account was closed?

I read somewhere that there's no guarantee that your new account won't be banned if you'll connect or associate the same domain that caused your previous account from getting banned. Maybe, a little more Googleing will help.

Google adowrds would have disabled your account only when you would have violated their rules and terms and conditions. Have you checked out their terms and conditions?

Well, let's break it down to each question one after one. Still you are free to laugh on me anyway.

Cannot say until i know the reason why... I have worked with 14 people till now whom account was suspended by adwords. They came to me and 13 out of them are back in business. 1 was just a guy trying to be oversmart . The reasons were the famous "Unable to verify billing Address" to simple Site policy and so on.

It's Possible to get your account if you go to correct route however if their is a problem with the site (policy) then you might have to come up with a new domain. They will suspend that account as well but sending a reconsider request from a right channel works. (NO I am not selling anything here).

Well it depends to whom you have targeted your review. You can use SEO to rank it or send paid traffic (Not just adwords, there are other methods as well) to it and then see how people are responding. A well written review can do wonders while a selling pitch on review page will put people straight off.

In future if you want to use it again, Use it with a good product which is not a MMO stuff (Get rich quick in their words) and comply with their policies. Setup your account and talk to a live expert (Their call center) right after you have finished setting it up. They will give you assistance and It wont be suspended. I know it because dealing with Adwords is what i do for my leaving.

anyone asking you to change your IP, Clear cookies and repeat the process with a new card is lying. it wont work .

3. Someone else is doing it means you will do it as well ? How is that logic? It depends on the person to person who review your ad and its a sad truth that sometimes adwords reps do miss misleading ad texts or sites that volite their policy.. If you want to take action just report them or live with it.

hope this helps....do not use the same domain name. I went through this same issue and the same domain doesn't do anything but link back to the banned account .....meaning the person trying to get another account using the same domain. Everything should be different. Some have found more success creating LLC and obtaining EINs to start fresh. Just sharing what has been working for them.
