What are average results for FB ads for offline businesses?

Hey guys, I'm trying to promote a home cleaning business with FB ads. I have a click-through rate of 1.1%. I see good results with google ppc but it's way too expensive and I want to see if FB ads will lower my ppc costs.
I do know that FB people are not exactly in buying mode but it's just a test and I'm getting impatient.
Have any of you guys had success with FB ads for offline businesses?
My ad is pretty much: "All services discounted 20% this month!" And it takes them to my FB page with a coupon.
