1st try keyword research and competition for your keyword for google page video,
i hope you know all the base and advance Seo tips and tricks, ( if not search at wso or War Room you will get some cool tips)
if you think you can bit your competition they you can rank on google.
many of my videos are on google 1st page , but yes every month i have to work on it becoz my keywords are highly targeted so i have to work on seo part every month.

Simple and I never give this advice as deep as your about to get it.
1. Start a new account and name the channel your main keywords.
2. Put the video up.
3. Make sure call to actions are excellent and easy to implement.
4. Write a keyword rich description with about three keyword or keyword phrase you want to rank for.
5. Add those three keywords under the description like this.
apples
"apples"
[apples]

then do the next two. Don't ask why cause you will get me in an argument here.

Now you need to get views to it. Go to vagex and get your 301 views till it locks up.
Now pay for views from a reputable view service that use humans.
After it unlocks.
Keep the views coming in small quantities every day to keep it up in the serps.

Disclaimer, some keywords you will never get ranked with that method so the keywords have to be good and thought out well.

You can do the below to rank videos:

1. Views + Comments + Likes
2. Backlinks - Press release, Social bookmarks, High PR blog comments, Web2.0, Wikis, Private blog network post etc (If your keyword is tough, build Tier-2)
3. Embed video as much as you can. For example, you can embed videos on Web2.0, blog networks etc

We just need to repeat the above stuffs until and unless our video doesn't get much authority than competitor. Also, try to make it look natural. I men, when you buy the views, make sure to build links at the same time or vice-versa.

Make sure your video is fully optimized. This means add tags and everything as well as making the title SEO and user friendly. After that there's really just creating quality links to the video.

Backlinks. Lots of them.

YouTube seems to be one of the rare sites, for now, that still benefit from a LOT of links. So, a tool like GSA and / or Scrapebox can help.

Your youtube video will automatically get ranked on google for the title you used in the video, you could also optimize it to some extent for better results by gaining backlinks to the video url. Try for the same.

There are certain things that matters while ranking video for youtube.

Do proper optimization of video such as Title, Description and tags.

Make sure your video title has the main keyword.

Beside that you will need to have the views/likes on your video.

Build some backlinks, high pr blog comments.. Any SEO tool can do this job.

Google typically shows only 1 or 2 youtube videos on page 1 for a keyword. So if there is a video already ranking you will need to overpower it before your video will even show up. Build links from domains with high authority.
