Your on-page optimisation is poor (in a nice way).

The description is too long, your using meta keywords for some reason and your headers are useless.

H1 is weak, H2 is empty, H3 is irrelevant.
10 of your alt attributes are empty.
No Favicon.

From a design perspective, I have no idea where to go on your website, there are too many options. Your 'quick Quote' needs to be more visible, I don't need to see 12 pictures of limo's, I just want a price or how to proceed, I know what a limo looks like.

Be very careful of posting client information on here, i've seen some warriors approach clients before and tell them there SEO is bad (nothing personal)

Let me get this straight, you got hired as a SEO "expert" and your asking for SEO help?

Billions of pages on the net, low quality links might be overlooked, if you bought links from crappy blog networks that were never indexed or were penalized and removed from search, they may be worst than no links.

Having "Limousine Hire" appear 8 and Limo hire some 30 times including footer links may well be considered SEO spam by the Penguin filter, get with the times, keyword stuffing is just not as effective as it once was.

Promising to go from 8th to 1st position is probably not wise. That would probably translate to around a 16X increase in search clicks.

Be sure you are registered with Google Webmaster Tools so you can receive any warning messages.

how bout your domain age and websites age?

have you tried placing backlinks from the backlink sites of your competitors? quantity and quality are aged issues about backlinks. Give more weight on quality of the backlinks you are building. If website have a lot of backlinks pointing to it, how about that particular page? How many backlinks were indexed to that page? If it helps do a very good cross-linking pattern onsite, also place contextual link from the homepage to the page you want to rank.

However, you have done great work, it is ranking #8 so good, it can increase slowly if you keep working.

It is really good think ranking without or with few backlinks..

A better On-Page SEO is recommended! H1 for BOTH those keywords, H2 for related... Unique title in every page, Alt tag for EVERY image and TITLE for EVERY link... Just after that start with Off-Page SEO!

its not that hard .... instead of lying and taking money from someone for nothing , just be honest with him and tell him you can't help him(and refund his money) .

Everybody in this thread can give you advise and tips .. but it wont solve your problem. For anybody here to help you .. you'll probably require a full seo audit on the site and on competitors first and compare with yours. Nobody is gonna do that for you for free

After doing some analysis on your website I found that your on page optimization need some improvements because you know that Google has made many updates and these updates has made the work related to SEO more tougher than earlier it was.

First of all install SEO quake in your browser and see the diagnosis of the pages of the website, and remove all the errors according to the Google parameters, because Google never helps the website with wrong on page optimization.

Second thing is your website should have a good amount of contents because content is King nowadays, the more keywords you add to your contents the more ranking and improvements you can see related to the SEO.

One most important thing never try to do black hat if you want to get the ranking for long period of time because it is very much important to follow the rules of Google or you will not get the results that your website want.

Try to increase your page rank automatically your website start getting the ranking on the first page of the Google because page rank helps a lot as it shows how much authority you build on Google.

At the glance, onpage SEO seems OK. I suppose that rank of your website will not raise if you implement mainstream onsite SEO advices.
