How to find RELEVANT links

Any software/ easy ways to find relevant links.
High PR would be nice, but I can find those easily with SEOQuake.

I've heard scrapbox can actually be quite good for this.

    In my opinion the best ways to get relevant and quality links is using market samurai to "still" the competitors backlinks,if you get the first #10 websites backlinks your chances to rank between them will be really high.

    Second way would be Scrapebox.

    But the most important thing in SEO is " Quality Content !"

    Article Syndication will get you the best types of links (and traffic), SMM is another good option.

    Just put out high-quality content and people will link to it, that will get you the type of links you want.
