Google Adwords Keyword Tool: Average Local Searches Missing?

It seems the breakdown for keyword terms by local monthly average is now missing. Is there a way to bring back the local monthly searches column? For instance, refer to image below.

      When I click the drop down on the pencil icon all I see is broad match, exact match, phrase match. I don't see an option to add a local monthly search column.

    Sorry about that, try the pencil icon on the left sidebar where it shows the country, select the country you want, next click the nearby link.
