What Will I Do With My 8K Member Facebook Group?

Well I won a facebook group which is now more than 8K member populated group. Most of the members are dentists. The group is on dentistry niche. Everyday I post pictre/video/journal/article there and till now within last 2 months I drove 400+ traffic to a single website (including internal pages). I am thinking to sell it or do email marketing using the email accounts of the members. But not sure whether this group is worth than what I am thinking. Any idea there?

      Yes I was thinking providing SEO services to them. But lets say I want to sell the account. How much I can expect for a group where almost all of the members are dentists?

    You should make a site or blog, drive traffic to it, create a squeeze page and promote dentistry related ebooks or products to them.

    There are some offline marketers / agencies that specialize in dentists. Search for dentist marketing / SEO etc.

    You should come up with a well-defined and mapped out strategy if you are planning on holding events since this increases traffic and visibility to the Facebook page. You should launch events strategically. There should be sequence. Have a pre launch, launch, post launch, and definitely a relaunch. After you hold your first activity, it will definitely need to be stimulated again. Through holding regular events, you are keeping your group in the eyes of the public and the members will continue to be connected. Let your active members participate in the relaunch and make sure to make it a win-win situation for everyone.

    i think your group can increase more. You should focus on driving traffic. Then you will see how worth this group is.
