Using sub domains of single domain on different accounts?

We have a network of clients using the same branded website in their own local area
Can we use a different sub domain of the main brand domain for each client in their seperate adwords account??
Not sure if this violates Google's advertising policies??
Your advise would be greatly appreciated...
