I counted 7 Adsense ads.

What is more striking is the fact that there are so few posts and yet its banking that well.

    I have check that site and yes the page you have mentioned hava 7 adsense ad block which i think is against adsense policy. I know some are allowed to have more than three ad blocks but this having 7. He might be doing some sort of tricks and will get banned sooner or later.

      I dont think he cares seeing as he is selling the site... probably part of his strategy, raise revenue with lots of adsense then sell, as you can see its already met the reserve so he is laughing.

    As per Adsense TOS max 6 ads can be placed on a page including 3 link units. Placing 7 ads look weird and somewhat against the terms.

      I thought it was a total of 3.

      So link units are deemed separate?

      Its max 3 ads units per page.

      That page has 3 ads units if you look closley.Those other ads are in the header and the sidebar.

      But its a stupid thing to let those ads running while selling the site on flippa.

    yes link units are separate - you can read about it in adsense TOS. i believe you can have three regular units and three link units.

    I think it would be counted as too many ads , there is a great chance to get banned for such ads. So I think sooner or later google is going to punish a ban hammer on it.

    Websites with too many ads are indeed annoying. He needs to limit his number of ads there, coz' he's violating the Google Adsense TOS. Even if he's selling that site, buyers won't even buy it unless he removes too many Adsense ads there.
