How to link to my other site

Hi Warriors,
I have one English blog and I have a part where I write in my mother tongue.
My plan is the following:
Post news that is relevant to my country only and translate some good articles from my English blog and put it there. Then on my English blog, on the Dutch part of that blog, I will just make posts with a link to the Dutch site.
I was wondering: how can I do that in a SEO healthy way? Is just making a post with a link sufficient?
