Hello guys,

I have a busy enough publishing website that centers around law and criminality, i managed to pull in 350,000 uniques last month and managed to make less than $300, I'm not sure if I'm doing something terribly wrong but I would love to know where you guys are getting the most from ads in terms of placement and size.

Also realistically how much could i potentially be earning.

It's my first time posting on here but have been lurking for a while, all the help is appreciated.

350 000 visitors is a fair amount. I am not an adsense Guru by any means, in fact I have hardly even used adsense, but would have thought that would be about $3500 normally. I wonder what kind of visitors they were.

What was your average time on site?

I may be wrong again, but the longer you can keep them on the website, the more time they have to click through an ad I believe.

Not sure how long you have been at this, but keep it up.

So you clearly say that you have no experience with AdSense, but then you go and tell the guy how much money he should be making based on his traffic?

Get testing your advertisement positions. find where your traffic is clicking. even so forget adsense and test other advertising programs. try CPA, try some free offers.

Get testing, don't let that traffic go to waste.

By what he has read or heard.

I have a site with 1500 uniques per day but only earning few cents daily.

But that site is not a law site like you have.

A law website which has adsense and the traffic like you are having should earn much more.

Maybe the low click ratio has something to do with where the ads are placed. Is there one particular page that is getting the most visits?
I get about 1500 uniques a month that generate about $35 on one site. So if I was to have 350,000, I would expect roughly $8167 based on the same ratio.

You'd better stay with those $300.00. Most people are banned from Adsense if they manage to earn more money...

I normally expect a 1 - 3% CTR with Adsense, so unless you have a really low CPC, you should be making a bit more I think dude. $1 per click, even 0.50 per click should be getting you at least $1.2k per month. How is your placement?
