How to gather proxies?

How to gather proxies? I want to use in buliding links software and scrape links. I gather some proxies from internet but it's low quality and failed in scrape and building links.
Recommend some proxy softwares or tips to me.

    If you want to save money, you can keep scraping for public proxies via Scrapebox.

    Other than that, if you want quality proxies, you have to rent them from proxy services. Google them up.

    there are some sites you can get proxies of almost every country you want, you can simply copy and paste the IP and Port to you browser to surf the sites that are blocked into your country
