My Website Posts/Pages Ranking All Over the Place!

Hello Everyone,
It has been a while since I have been on the forum. I had been submitting and re-submitting Google reconsideration requests to release my site from the manual penalty.
Finally they revoked the penalty but my site is pretty much dead to Google.
It has been at least two months since the revoke but my site just isn't ranking well at all in Google. It is doing fine in Yahoo.
I understand the reasons why, regarding old posts that may have been effected by the penalty, so I created some new low comp keyword posts to see if they rank.
Well they do and they don't.
I checked all keywords in Rank Checker and everyday I get back a different set of results. In fact it changes throughout the day. I mean, when are the results going to settle!!
Back in the day a Google dance lasted a few weeks...now it seems to be stretching for months!
And this is for all my sites, and my other sites were not hit with a manual penalty.
What is doing my head in the most is that when some posts do rank, the url does not match the post subject or keyword.
I have never seen a post title match the url when ranking!
It is like Google is confused with the content on my site and doesn't know what should rank and for what keyword.
Can anyone explain this?
