Google's Ranking Factors (according to 128 SEO Experts)

128 SEO Experts or "Experts" got surveyed on what they thought of Google's top ranking factors.
Domain-level link authority being the top. Eventhough I would have to disagree on this as I think page-level is much more important than that.
It's like saying a PR 0 page-level link on a PR 5 domain is more powerful than a PR 2 page-level link on a PR 2 domain.
