Too Many Backlinks From One Site?

I created a niche site a couple months ago and I am a little bit confused at some info I am getting from Market Samurai.
It says I have nearly 23k backlinks....but I can't even begin to imagine where they came from. I have a strong feeling that they are holding my rankings down because I only have 96 referring domains.
Any tools or suggestions you can point to help me figure this out is very much appreciated.
