What to tell other bloggers how to add my google plus contributor section

Hi Guys
I want my picture to show up in Google serps when I post my blog post on other blogger websites...

So when someone searches for keywords related to my blog post my picture show up beside the search results but their URL would be displayed in the SERPs....

I know I have to add in the website in my google plus contributor to but what exactly does that other website have to do in order for this to work?

    It's really simple - you put a rel=author link in your aritcle byline to your Google+ profile, then link back to the article from your profile.
