Sourcing for High PR domains through alternative sources

Lately my broker is a bit drying up with new domains and I still have to get my creditcard working so GoDaddy is out of the question at the moment.

Cause of that I look around a bit on forums and contact people and more often then not people offer me PR3+ domains with as good as zero stats that indicate that it's a legit domains with a legit back link profile.

All fine and well but most of these domains are registered after the latest Google PR update which took place in February or March right?

Then how does a domain from April show PR3, do these redirect tricks still work, I thought they had to wait for the next update to take place before the PR would show, what's this trick that they are using?

Could you give me some sample of these domains ?
Their Pr should come from redirections, but it's strange because I think that nothing change for 7 months now

If you need some high pr domains with nice backlinks profile, you can find some on prnator website.

Simple unless I am misunderstanding you. They actually dropped (not taken in an auction) and were reregistered.

I am looking at getting some domains myself, i have no idea how people manage to get good deals on GoDaddy. All PR3 domains i look at go in excess of $160. Not only that, if you bid within the last 5 mins of an auction, another 5 mins get added to it so its impossible to snap up a good offer.

Where is everyone getting their domains from?

Its simple really. People are buying crappy PR3s with no good links because things like Powershot claim that you can get Pr3s for $15.

Well sure you can. You can get them for $9 but they are PR3 in name only. They do not have and will not get back any good links and be PR zeros if google ever updates. How bad has it got? There are about two people buying up every PR3 that drops (no one bothers with them at auction because they have lost all links). I know because when I run the expiring domains through scrapebox whois you see the same contact info on a pile of them.

Guy is probably over on DP selling them like crazy to unsuspecting people (without doing any linkbuilding to put back the juice) or padding up the PR3 count of his rental blog network.

It's difficult to make good deals for good high pr domains on godaddy auction.
It would be better at godaddy fixed price.

I sell pr3 everyday on prnator at $50-$100 it seems that's the right price for a pr3 with a not too bad backlink profile.

It would be even better if you updated your list so that the back link profiles are correct and that the domains are actually for sale instead of sold 4-5 months ago.

Would save people like me a lot of time.

@Nik0 you are true for domains at the top of the list.
Firsts 20 domains have more than 2 months old. But all other have less than 2 months.

Anyway i will update next week old backlinks profile (more than a month old).

I would advice you to wait for the PR update to happen because some sites that have let's say PR5 can now drop to 2 or 3 after the update! That's why the perfect time for buying domains is JUST after the PR update!

Pagerank is only a question of link, is high pr backlinks are still there, pagerank will not drop.

One other thing to know is, that price of domains just after the pr update is higher.
